Agencies spend ₹20,000+/month on stitched-together SaaS — separate tools for CRM, lead scoring, WhatsApp blasts, property listings, and reporting — none of which integrate.

The Build

How we approached it

Multi-tenant SaaS with row-level security so each agency's data is fully isolated. 4 core modules: AI Lead CRM, Property Matching Engine, Embeddable Chatbot, WhatsApp Automation.

GPT-4o-mini scores incoming leads (intent + budget + timeline). Properties auto-match to leads via vector similarity. The embeddable chatbot drops on any agency website and handles initial qualification before handoff. n8n pipelines automate follow-ups, drip campaigns, and report generation.
